How do I hire you?

To get started, click on the Become a Client link at the bottom of our website. After you complete and submit the form, we’ll be in touch within 24 hours.

How do you bill for your services?

We bill based on time spent. Services must be prepaid in blocks of five hours. Time billed is then deducted from your prepaid hours. Hours purchased are non-refundable, but they never expire. For certain services, we can provide a flat fee.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card only.


What services do you provide?

We provide assistance to Americans doing business in Brazil. Whether you’re starting a company, investing in a project, or simply buying a home in Brazil, we can help.

What happens after I submit the Become a Client form?

We’ll send our Engagement Letter for you to review, sign and return to us. You’ll also need to make your initial payment by clicking on the Client Portal link at the bottom of our website.

Can you answer a legal question for me?

Sure, but first you must be a client. The Florida Rules of Professional Responsibility require that we are hired as your lawyer before we give you legal advice.
